About Konrad Graf

I’m Konrad — author of Satori: A Journey to Inner Mastery. I created this project to challenge surface-level self-help and instead offer tools for real, embodied transformation. My mission is to inspire authenticity, empower through accessibility, and help people break free from the shackles of identity, pain, and distraction — to reconnect, take action, and truly engage with life.

My journey hasn’t been easy. I grew up in a household shaped by narcissistic dynamics and spent my youth inside a restrictive religious cult. At 17, I left it behind. In my early 20s, physical training became a refuge. Later, I studied mathematics, developing the logical thinking I’d need to rebuild my inner world. I became a software engineer, which allowed me to travel — and that, too, became part of my healing. New people, cultures, and ideas widened my perspective.

Though I had already experienced spiritual practices — including a kundalini awakening in my mid-20s (a powerful event, but not the goal of the journey) — it was only at 30, after the death of my father and a confrontation with another difficult personality in my life, that something truly broke open. That breaking point became a breakthrough.

For the last 7 years, I’ve been dedicated to the principles of mindfulness, awareness, and stoicism. These tools, along with deep inner work, helped me cultivate a new kind of presence. Satori is the synthesis of all that — a field guide to inner clarity.

Today, I continue to write, speak, and coach. Whether through a conversation, a book, or a shared practice — I want to help others take responsibility for their inner world and realize how much power they already hold.
